How can I place an order for furniture?

To place an order, you must make a 50% advance payment. For custom or non-standard orders, a 60% advance payment is required.
What is the remaining payment process?

Before delivery, the remaining balance must be paid at our showroom.
Can I return a furniture item?
Answer :
No, we follow a strict No Return Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer :
Orders can be changed or canceled within 3 days without charges. After 3 days, a 5% modification fee is applied. For cancellations after 3 days, a 10% fee and additional charges for materials will be deducted. No changes or cancellations are allowed for non-standard products.
When will my furniture be delivered?
Answer :
The delivery time starts once all specifications, designs, and dimensions are confirmed. It does not start from the date of advance payment.
What should I do during delivery?
Answer :
Please inspect all items upon delivery for any damage or defects, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the delivery team has left your premises.
Is there a warranty on the furniture?
Answer :
Yes, there is a limited one-year warranty. However, it excludes damage from extreme conditions, natural wood variations, improper maintenance, and installation by non-authorized personnel.
Are there any storage charges if I delay pickup after the due date?
Answer :
A 0.25% daily storage charge will apply for up to 30 days past the due date. A 1.25% daily storage charge will apply for the following 30 days. If not picked up within 60 days, the order will be canceled.
