Term and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of all our furniture products.
Furniture Order: Payment Details and Terms:
- The order will be considered booked after paying 50% advance of the bill at the time of placing the order.
- The order will be considered booked after payment of 60 % advance of the bill at the time of customize & non-standard order.
- Before delivery remaining balance of the Order must be deposited at the showroom.
- The Customer's terms and conditions shall be the same as those listed on the order and signed by the Customer.
- No Return Policy.
Order Change Request Details:
- Order product can be changed or canceled without charges within 3 days of the order booking date.
- An additional charge of 5% of the order amount after 3 days from the billing date will be charged on order modification.
- In case of Order Cancelation after 3 days a 10% additional charges + charges for cloth/leathriate Advance will be deducted from the advance.
- No change/cancellation is possible for non-standard products.
Delivery and Delivery time:
- The delivery timeline will commence once all clarifications regarding specifications, quantities, finishes, designs, materials, and site dimensions have been fully discussed and finalized by the customer. It does not begin from the date of advance payment.
- Upon completion of product delivery and our departure from the customer's premises, we will be unable to accommodate any cancellations or modifications. We kindly request the customer's presence during the delivery to ensure they personally inspect the furniture at the time of handover. Our delivery team will be available to assist with any inquiries the customer may have.
- Transportation will be provided by Customer.
Inspection & complaints:
- Kindly inspect all external surfaces of the product for any signs of damage, including breakages, cracks, chips, unfinished areas, or infestations by borers or insects.
- Any complaints regarding incomplete delivery, defective goods, or items not matching the placed order must be submitted to the company in writing within three days of receipt.
- Failure to report within this period shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the company has fulfilled its obligations, and the goods have been accepted as delivered, without defects, damage, or shortage.
Warehouse Charges:
- In case of non-delivery of the products on the specified date, Storage charges will be charged from customer.
- Storage charges will be applicable at 0.25% per day of order amount for 30 days after the due date.
- Storage charges will be payable at the rate of 1.25% for the next 30 days.
- If the order delivery by the customer is not taken after 60 days from the due date, the order will be considered canceled.
- Uncollected storage charges must be paid at the time of furniture delivery.
Limited Liability:
- Delivery dates are provided without liability for any delays, regardless of the cause. The company will not be held responsible for compensation, damages, or refunds of advance payments for deliveries made beyond the specified date and time. Please note, delivery timelines do not include the installation schedule. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss or damage incurred by the customer or buyer.
Warranty:
- All items are protected by a limited one-year warranty.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any damage to the product resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or water.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for variations in color, grain texture, or polish shades due to the natural properties of wood. In the event of a dispute on this matter, the company shall serve as the sole arbiter.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by vandalism, misuse, inadequate maintenance, incorrect installation, or the use of non-original replacement parts. Upholstery and hardware materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty will be null and void if the installation of any product is not carried out by the company or its authorized dealer.
On-Site Termite Treatment:
- The customer/buyer is responsible for ensuring termite-proofing of the site both before and after installation. Additionally, the customer is solely responsible for eliminating any insects or pests that may cause damage to wood or wood products. Without prejudice to any terms in this agreement, if any defects arise due to termite or pest damage, the company shall not be liable for any claims made by the customer/buyer in this regard.
